Key Responsibilities
- Request and update demographic details for health plan members to verify or continue their health coverage eligibility.
- Handle incoming and returned mail efficiently.
- Examine weekly reports related to participants.
- Prepare and dispatch enrollment packets to new members.
- Manage orders for participant ID cards.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
- Strong communicator both verbally and in writing, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented, committed to delivering quality service as you would expect to receive.
- Detail-focused and skilled in problem-solving with accuracy.
- Comfortable with technology, possessing fundamental skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Compensation and Benefits
- Union scale salary starting at $19.88 per hour with semiannual raises up to $26.29 per hour.
