Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve various food items and beverages, including specialty barista coffees and drinks.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable and positive experience for all guests.
• Set up and maintain inviting service counters and appealing food and drink presentations.
• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization in all service and workspaces consistently.
• Adhere to food hygiene standards and Health & Safety protocols as per training guidelines.
• Operate coffee machines and catering equipment safely, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Manage the proper storage of food products, ingredients, and utensils after service hours.
• Restock supplies such as crockery, ingredients, and drinks proactively as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide support across different operational areas.
• Respond positively to customer requests and aim to surpass their expectations.
