Role Overview

The Food and Drinks Runner plays an essential role in supporting the floor team, ensuring a seamless and lively service experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, wine, desserts, and pasta directly to guests promptly and efficiently
• Assist in opening and closing the floor, maintaining presentation by polishing cutlery and folding napkins
• Uphold hygiene, organization, and health & safety standards throughout the dining area
• Provide proactive and positive assistance to colleagues during service times
• Create memorable guest experiences through warm, professional, and friendly interaction

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for Italian cuisine and outstanding customer service
• Energetic, proactive approach combined with effective team collaboration
• Prior hospitality experience
• Excellent communication abilities
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
