Role overview
Ventia is hiring Food and Beverage Staff for the Tindal RAAF Base in Katherine, Northern Territory. These are multiple permanent full-time opportunities in an onsite environment.

Key duties
- Support meal service for military personnel across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts in the mess
- Consistently provide a high standard of service to guests during every shift
- Carry out bar service duties in line with RSA requirements
- Maintain clean and orderly dining and bar spaces
- Help with simple food preparation and replenishing stock when required
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times
- Work cooperatively as part of a supportive team
What we are looking for
Applicants should be willing to learn, already hold a current RSA, and have a valid Australian driver’s licence.
Clearance and screening
Because this role is tied to a Defence site, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance and must be prepared to complete an Australian Federal Police check.
