Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you play a crucial part in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your role is pivotal in bringing to life the hotel’s lively hospitality and premium dining style. You provide warm, personalised service, help guests explore menu options, and contribute to memorable dining sessions, all while maintaining a high energy pace and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently take food and drink orders, enhancing sales through suggestions and upselling techniques.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the menu, beverage selection, and hotel services to confidently interact with guests.
• Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and hotel team to guarantee timely, effective service.
• Deliver service that is prompt, professional, and tailored to each guest to create exceptional dining experiences.
• Strictly uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in all areas accessible to guests and staff.

Required Attributes and Qualifications

• A deep passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering quality service that leaves lasting impressions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with confidence engaging guests from diverse cultures.
• Proficient command of both spoken and written English.
• Capability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Positive, adaptable mindset with composure under the pressures of a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts over a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage roles is desirable but not mandatory.
