Role Overview

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will engage positively with patrons, promote menu offerings, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and customer-centric approach aimed at total satisfaction.
• Proactively ensure all customer interactions are positive and efficient.
• Maximise sales by upselling menu items.
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Utilise Micros Point of Sale system for order placement.
• Explain the menu items to guests and assist those with special dietary requirements, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate special requests and dietary needs.
• Clear and reset tables while ensuring all service areas remain clean and organized.
• Adhere to hygiene and food presentation standards strictly.
• Recognise workplace hazards and contribute actively to occupational health and safety practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging both internal and external clients.
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
• Flexibility to work varying rostered shifts, including early mornings from 6am, late evenings, and weekends.
• Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate valid in Victoria.
