Role Responsibilities

• Accepting orders and preparing and serving drinks according to specified standards, whether at the bar or through the customer app
• Delivering food to guests, completing timely check-backs, and clearing plates efficiently
• Engaging warmly with customers by greeting, thanking, and building rapport
• Staying informed about current promotions, events, and new product offerings
• Maintaining cleanliness with a 'clean as you go' approach, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and performing restroom checks
• Assisting in various duties such as glass washing, restocking refrigerators, clearing the floor and beer garden, and other tasks as needed
