Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Flight Dispatcher to be part of our Operations Control Center (OCC). This role is integral to ensuring the secure, effective, and regulatory-compliant operation of our international flights. The position demands dynamic collaboration with flight crews, airports, ground handling agents, air navigation services, and other operational partners worldwide.

Primary Duties

• Create Operational Flight Plans (OFP) and ATS Flight Plans accurately.
• Analyze routes, plan fuel requirements, and calculate aircraft performance metrics.
• Continuously monitor weather conditions, NOTAMs, Air Traffic Flow Management restrictions, and airspace limitations.
• Maintain flight watch and offer immediate operational support to flight crews during flights.
• Coordinate daily flight operations across airports, ground handlers, fuel suppliers, and related service providers.
• Assist in managing irregular operations (IROPS) and supporting recovery efforts.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and relevant aviation authority regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and records.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a valid Flight Dispatcher License or a comparable aviation qualification.
• Experience in airline operations or flight dispatch is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of ICAO standards and international flight operational procedures.
• Possess sharp analytical thinking, decision-making capabilities, and problem-solving talents.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast operational environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
