Job Overview

Join QantasLink as a full-time Flight Attendant based in Perth, Western Australia, serving an array of destinations including Karratha, Darwin, Newcastle, Hobart, and more. You will work on aircraft such as the F100, A319, and A320, providing excellent customer service and ensuring safety throughout the flight. This position also involves operating charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate clients, offering a smooth and professional travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and pride.
  • Proactively anticipate passenger needs and comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Provide care and attention to nervous passengers and respect diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
  • Complete all required training successfully and adhere to role-specific learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate well with team members to enhance overall team performance.
  • Maintain personal grooming standards and ensure cleanliness of the cabin environment.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Recent experience engaging with customers in a face-to-face role is essential.
  • Physical requirements include a minimum reach of 212cm (fingertips reaching past 212cm with both hands simultaneously, barefoot) and a maximum height of 183cm.
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Good physical health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water without assistance.
  • Must hold unrestricted legal working rights in Australia.
  • Availability to work according to shift rosters and attend assessment center invitations.
