  • Validate purchase orders and scrap notes raised by buyers according to policy, use the correct system steps and budget codes, and circulate weekly updates to the relevant teams for overdue approvals.
  • Push pending orders forward, follow up on shipments for MDD and other critical parts, and share delivery updates with customers as needed; overdue orders must remain below 5%.
  • Make sure only authorised vendors are engaged and evaluate supplier performance against contractual requirements or internal criteria; involve the Vendor Performance Team when needed.
  • Search the open market to support needs for advance exchanges and loaner parts.

  • During AOG situations at base, review supply chain feedback and support fulfilment or backup options for urgent recovery.
  • Take ownership of quarantined parts resolution by coordinating with suppliers and stores so that SDR cases are closed within 10 days.
  • Work with the SC Trax invoice team, finance, and vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies that arise during procurement.
  • Prepare reports, data analysis, benchmarking material, and presentations when requested by senior leadership or management.
  • Keep ERP data accurate and maintain important system parameters.
  • Support the team in meeting KPIs and manage team activities toward target achievement.
  • Promote continuous improvement, share best practices, and help train new employees.
