Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Fleet Operations Driver based in Flörsheim am Main to support city-wide deployment and management of e-scooters. Your role will ensure e-scooters are charged, accessible, safe, and well-distributed for an excellent customer transportation experience. This includes rebalancing lost scooters and returning damaged ones to the warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate vans to collect, deploy, and perform battery swaps on e-scooters.
• Maintain orderly parking of e-scooters ensuring they do not obstruct streets or sidewalks.
• Locate lost scooters, assess their condition, and either reintegrate them into the city or bring them back to the warehouse.
• Carry out basic repairs on-site to increase fleet availability.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of an EU category B driving license with proficiency in manual transmission vehicles.
• Experienced, reliable driver familiar with the local area, committed to safety.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Good English communication skills and comfortable using smartphones and mechanical tools.
