Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Flat Rate Auto Detailers to join our team at our Huntsville location. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store facilities to uphold high-quality service standards.
• Deliver superior customer service, ensuring satisfaction through quality work, courteous interactions, and prompt responses to inquiries or complaints.
• Perform vehicle preparation duties including driving, washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and cleaning interiors and exteriors.
• Apply preservation chemicals and use maintenance products to protect vehicle surfaces.
• Perform cleaning of vehicle engines and compartments as needed.
• Adapt to additional tasks assigned by management to support operational requirements.

Working Conditions

• This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and repeatedly entering/exiting vehicles.
• Work may occur outdoors and in varied weather conditions.
• Regular interaction and movement of multiple vehicles daily.
• Utilize safe, OSHA-approved cleaning products including window cleaners, tar removers, and tire shines.
• Tasks require consistent use and flexing of the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Effective verbal communication and keen observation to identify and correct imperfections such as streaks or missed spots.
• Ability to inspect one’s own work and that of others thoroughly.
• Work with urgency to respect customers’ time.
• Adherence to uniform and grooming standards is mandatory.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Quick learner with ability to comprehend instructions well.

• Capability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
