Role Overview
As a Fiverr Specialist, you will oversee Magdio’s activity on Fiverr and other freelance marketplaces. Your work will center on keeping profiles, gigs, and service listings polished, current, and optimized for performance. The role includes writing and revising gig content, packages, and FAQs; handling client queries; monitoring incoming orders; and aligning delivery schedules with internal teams. You will also review platform analytics, look for ways to improve visibility and conversion, and apply ideas that support higher revenue and better client experience. In addition, you will manage basic project coordination, keep communication and order records accurate, and flag issues when they need attention.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, combining office-based work with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience handling Fiverr or comparable freelance marketplace profiles, including gig setup, optimization, and order management.
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing professional service descriptions, client replies, and FAQs.
- Foundational analytical ability to read platform data, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that can raise visibility and sales.
- Strong planning and time-management skills to juggle multiple orders, deadlines, and ongoing client conversations.
- A customer-oriented approach with the ability to respond quickly, set expectations clearly, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Comfort working with digital tools and online collaboration systems to coordinate with internal teams and record operational details.
- Capability to work independently within set guidelines and take initiative when resolving routine operational challenges.
- Experience in online marketplaces, digital services, or freelancing platforms is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an added advantage but not compulsory.
