BEAT81 is launching its first studio in Stuttgart's city center by late 2026, featuring a CIRCUIT format. We are searching for a Fitness Manager to lead our presence in Stuttgart as the studio's primary representative.

Role Overview

This hybrid position involves managing the local coach community and maintaining full responsibility for the studio's experience. During the opening phase, you will collaborate closely with our Expansion team, gradually assuming full leadership after onboarding. This is a unique opportunity to establish BEAT81’s foundation in a new city.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the onboarding and integration of freelance coaches during the studio's launch, organizing try-outs and launch events.
• Serve as the local operational contact for freelance coaches, managing communications between them and BEAT81 central teams.
• Collect and relay feedback from coaches and members to central Fitness and Product teams to foster continuous enhancements.
• Foster a positive coach community and contribute to an excellent launch experience in Stuttgart.
• Own and ensure the studio offers a welcoming, safe, and smooth customer experience, especially as many will be encountering BEAT81 for the first time.
• Manage studio maintenance, including equipment condition, inventory, orders, and collaborate with Facility & Operations support for on-site tasks.
• Promote BEAT81 growth locally by engaging with Stuttgart’s fitness community and supporting initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience coaching structured group fitness sessions (such as HIIT or functional training) at a professional level.
• Background in group fitness leadership or working alongside fitness teams, with skills in mentoring and supporting coaches.
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple priorities efficiently.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude enthusiastic about establishing and developing new operations in fresh markets.
• Strong communication skills to connect with coaches, customers, and central teams effectively.
• Fluency in German and intermediate English (B1/B2 level or higher).
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Desirable Qualifications

• Certification in sports science, personal training, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading or cultivating high-performing coaching teams.
• Familiarity with fitness-tech, gamified workout experiences, or boutique fitness models.
