Role Overview
Hilton is hiring a Fitness Instructor for Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will help create a welcoming guest experience by leading fitness activities and supporting the smooth running of the health club. The position is focused on delivering safe, enjoyable, and high-quality fitness interactions that reflect the brand’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group exercise sessions that are motivating, effective, and suitable for different fitness levels and goals.
- Observe guests while they work out, correct technique when needed, and answer questions to promote safe participation.
- Keep your knowledge current with developments in exercise science, training methods, and fitness trends.
- Help with opening and closing duties, along with general day-to-day club operations.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming environment across workout areas, locker rooms, equipment, and shared spaces.
- Monitor the use of facilities and equipment to help maintain a safe setting for guests.
