Role Responsibilities

• Attend attentively to guests by anticipating their needs, providing immediate responses, and greeting every guest with personalized service.
• Maintain positive relations with guests, addressing complaints efficiently and ensuring satisfaction, while reporting concerns to the Director of Wellness.
• Conduct fitness and wellness area opening protocols, greet and check in guests, and continuously ensure the area's cleanliness, tidiness, and full stocking throughout operational hours.
• Keep changing rooms, restrooms, and fitness/wellness spaces clean and properly stocked at all times.
• Adhere to company policies for recording equipment inspections, cleaning routines, and health and safety standards.
• Manage the supply of towels, linens, robes, and maintain hygiene and safety in shower areas.
• Ensure ample guest amenities like water and fruit are available, facilitate deliveries, and organize orders efficiently.
• Support additional wellness tasks assigned by management as needed.
• Register lost and found items per company protocols.
• Perform closing duties to leave all facilities orderly, clean, and ready for the next day.
• Assist guests with fitness-related queries and concerns.
• Ensure safety on weight and cardio floors by continuously monitoring activity.
• Provide basic fitness equipment information and proper exercise guidance.
• Manage fitness desk operations including equipment checkouts and inquiries.
• Maintain fitness areas by organizing equipment and cleaning according to schedules.
• Enforce club policies such as dress code adherence among users.
