Fit-Out Estimator - Riyadh

Job Overview

Tripod Global seeks a seasoned Fit-Out Estimator to strengthen our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in interior fit-out and MEP cost estimation alongside strong commercial insight and precision in crafting cost-effective, accurate bids.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tenders for fit-out assignments.
• Examine project drawings, specifications, and documentation to delineate scope and establish pricing.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assess expenses related to materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Procurement, Production, and Project departments to prepare competitive proposals.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering while upholding quality standards and client specifications.
• Assist in contract negotiation and ensure smooth transition of projects to operational teams.
• Keep the cost database current and track market price fluctuations.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Fit-Out Estimator within the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction sectors.
• In-depth understanding of BOQs, quantity surveying techniques, tender processes, and cost appraisal.
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Strong analytical acumen, commercial awareness, and negotiation capability.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and cost estimating software; familiarity with AutoCAD and ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple tenders concurrently.
