About the Role
Our client is looking to expand their seafood production team in Myaree by hiring a dedicated Fish Filleter / Seafood Processor. This role is hands-on and centered around preparing premium fresh seafood products while adhering to rigorous quality standards within a commercial food preparation setting.
Whether you have direct experience filleting fish or your background lies in commercial kitchens, food production, butchery, or food manufacturing, there is training provided for motivated candidates ready to learn.

Key Duties
- Fillet, portion, and prepare a range of fresh seafood consistently meeting high-quality standards
- Carry out seafood processing and preparation efficiently to satisfy production targets
- Uphold excellent food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
- Use knives safely while complying with workplace safety protocols
- Assist with packing, product presentation, and other production-related tasks

Candidate Profile
