Overview

Join JPMorganChase’s dynamic team in Riyadh and immerse yourself in a critical role within our operations. This co-op training opportunity offers a hands-on experience in various banking functions, encouraging a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. You will engage in meaningful projects and tasks across several departments, gaining exposure to daily financial institution operations.

Program Details

This training is a fixed-term engagement running from 1 January 2027 through 30 June 2027. Participation requires on-site presence in Riyadh. Roles span multiple departments, each presenting a chance to understand diverse facets of financial services with unique responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general support with departmental daily duties including document handling, governance, data upkeep, and reporting.
  • Participate in projects from initiation to completion, assisting with process documentation, automation, and simplification efforts.
  • Help coordinate meetings, develop presentations, and manage databases efficiently.
  • Support ongoing governance activities, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate and assist team members locally and internationally as part of cross-team efforts.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Final year student expected to graduate by July 2027, with a compulsory cooperative training requirement from your university.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communicative abilities.
  • High attention to detail combined with a commitment to quality work.
  • Capability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Background

  • A keen interest or academic background in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit, or related disciplines.
