Job Overview
We are seeking a Financial Sales Associate based in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. This full-time position operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with weekly off on Sundays and the first Saturday of each month. The role offers a salary up to ₹33,000 take-home pay, complemented by attractive incentives, Provident Fund benefits, and mediclaim coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective investors.
- Provide counseling over the phone regarding investment opportunities.
- Promote and sell equity advisory services and investment plans.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects to convert them into clients.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound BPO sales, with a strong sales background.
- Experience in credit card sales, insurance, bank account opening, DMAT sales, or customer service representative (CSR) roles is not considered eligible.
- Graduation is preferred; however, candidates with higher secondary education and excellent communication and sales skills may apply.
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the share market is advantageous.
- Applicants must be residents of Navi Mumbai.
