- Coordinate with Group Finance, Treasury, and HR to ensure reporting needs are properly aligned.
- Support month-end and year-end closing tasks with attention to accuracy and timely completion.
- Interpret commercial agreements to confirm that financial reporting reflects contractual terms and obligations.
- Help define processes and prepare documentation as the department is being established.

- A solid accounting base, including a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Working knowledge of Excel for analysis, modelling, and forecast preparation; advanced expertise is not required.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to understand contracts and the financial impact they create.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Background in a newly formed team or a transformation environment.
- Experience in defence, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
