Role Overview
The Financial Planning Analyst will report to the Head of Capital and contribute advanced financial modelling and analysis to help the business make sound investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate thl’s long-range corporate financial model.
- Handle the monthly refresh of data and related inputs.
- Prepare analysis and model outputs for internal and external stakeholder materials.
- Assist with the creation of stakeholder presentations and supporting documentation.
- Support the preparation of the company’s Business Plan, including the financial assumptions and inputs behind it.
- Carry out scenario modelling and provide outputs for business initiatives, forecasting, and impairment and depreciation review work.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate is a finance professional with strong analytical ability and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Advanced Excel capability and experience building complex financial models are essential.
Applications are encouraged from professionals with experience in Big 4 or mid-tier corporate finance, investment banking, or internal corporate finance roles. A CFA qualification would be an advantage. The business is looking for a high-calibre individual who is proactive, curious, self-directed, and comfortable thriving in a high-performance environment.
