Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Role Overview

We are inviting a detail-oriented professional to join our FP&A team at an entry level, ideal for individuals beginning their finance careers. This position involves supporting financial planning processes within a global and collaborative environment, providing critical data analysis and reporting to aid business operations.

Key Contributions

• Assist with detailed examination of operational expenses, revealing cost drivers and trends to help improve efficiency and provide transparent data for management.
• Collaborate closely with finance colleagues and various teams to manage budgets and maintain accurate financial information.
• Help track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), converting financial metrics into actionable insights that assist leadership in evaluating strategic goals.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python is advantageous but not mandatory.
• An inquisitive mindset that goes beyond surface-level numbers to understand underlying causes.
• Effective communication abilities to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• A proactive, well-organized individual eager to grow and learn in a diverse, international team setting.

Additional Details

• This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A.
• Position is located in Singapore.
• It is a full-time job with a 40-hour workweek and flexible working hours.
