Role overview
We are hiring a Financial Accountant for a Dublin 22-based role in Clondalkin, South Dublin. What you will do
In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and take ownership of core month-end and reporting responsibilities. The position also includes support across audit, tax, budgeting, analysis, and wider improvement initiatives.
- Prepare month-end accounts and monthly reporting packs.
- Manage consolidated balance sheet preparation and related reporting activity.
- Support cash flow reporting and analysis.
- Assist with the audit process and provide the required supporting information.
- Carry out financial analysis and develop useful metrics that strengthen reporting and decision-making.
- Contribute to tax-related work and budgeting activities.
- Take part in divisional projects that help improve processes and support continuous improvement across the business.
Candidate profile
The employer is looking for a qualified or nearly qualified accountant with a strong background in full-cycle accounting. You should have an accounting-related degree and at least 3 years of experience in a complete accounting role. The business is also seeking someone who will thrive in a supportive team and benefit from strong mentoring.
Package
The salary range for this position is €60,000 to €70,000, along with an excellent overall package.
