Job description
Role Overview
A growing IT business in North Dublin is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to support its customer base across the Spanish market, along with some accounts in the UK. This position sits within a successful team that has continued to expand through strong performance.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and maintain strong day-to-day relationships.
- Spot opportunities to expand accounts through additional product sales.
- Identify customers that may be at risk and take steps to improve retention.
- Work through a live pipeline of current clients and progress business efficiently.
- Close sales opportunities and grow revenue from existing accounts.
Experience and Background
The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 5 years of experience handling an existing client base, specifically within a complex technology environment. Experience selling technical IT solutions to technical IT professionals is essential, along with a proven ability to close deals and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Language and Education
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. A third-level degree would be an advantage.
