Finance Manager - Manufacturing Company

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join a thriving manufacturing company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in enhancing the organization's financial health, steering strategic financial initiatives, and fostering business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning including budgeting and forecasting activities
• Compile, interpret, and present financial statements and management reports
• Monitor and manage cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and establish strong internal controls
• Supervise the month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
• Collaborate closely with business units to guide strategic decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance department personnel

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are highly desirable
• Between seven to ten years or more of advancing experience in finance and accounting roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, budgeting techniques, financial analysis methods, and ERP software applications
• Strong leadership capabilities complemented by excellent analytical and communication skills
