Job description
Role overview
This position calls for a commercially minded and highly analytical finance leader to oversee financial planning, reporting, governance, and performance management across the business. The role is focused on protecting financial accuracy, enabling leadership decisions, and supporting long-term stability through strong planning, analysis, and control processes.
Core accountabilities
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and management reporting so that business performance is visible and actionable. The role also involves reviewing financial outcomes, spotting trends, weighing risks and opportunities, and turning analysis into practical guidance for both strategic and day-to-day decisions.
In addition, you will own month-end and year-end close activities, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and legal or regulatory requirements. A key part of the role is to reinforce internal controls, maintain reporting accuracy and timeliness, and manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk effectively.
The role works closely with executive leadership and teams across the organization to assess initiatives, support investment choices, streamline finance processes, and improve overall efficiency. You will also help shape finance policies, strengthen reporting tools, automate and modernize finance operations, support audit coordination, and maintain compliance with governance requirements.
What the role demands
This is a leadership role that requires sharp strategic thinking, strong analytical ability, sound financial judgment, and the confidence to explain complex financial matters clearly to stakeholders at every level.
