About the role
Join Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited as a Finance Executive focused on managing finance operations linked to procurement and payments using SAP systems. This position demands a proactive professional who can handle invoice processing, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, vendor coordination, and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules efficiently to support smooth financial workflows and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process vendor invoices within stipulated timelines and verify them against approved purchase orders and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices and ensure timely payments while maintaining complete and audit-ready records.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders through SAP, ensuring appropriate approvals and alignment with company policies.
- Monitor transaction status including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments via SAP MM and Finance modules; generate reports, support month-end closings and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain vendor master data, respond promptly to vendor queries, and ensure effective communication regarding payment statuses.
- Prepare detailed MIS reports and payment tracking records while upholding company audit and control standards through comprehensive documentation.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Applicants must be residents of Hyderabad. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related discipline, and possesses 0-5 years of experience in finance or accounts payable functions. Familiarity with SAP MM and finance modules, as well as a solid understanding of purchase-to-pay cycles and vendor management, is essential.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficient in key SAP transaction codes including ZVISIBILITY_JCS, ME23N, FBL1N, FAGLL03, ML81N, ZDFF_VEN_INFO, and NBP (specific to business partners/vendors).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Competencies and Additional Skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to work independently and juggle multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience in invoice reconciliation, compliance with internal controls, and audit support.
