Role Overview

We invite you to join our CF R 7 SW team at Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Finance Accountant specializing in Revenue Recognition. This critical role ensures adherence to global revenue recognition standards and delivers insightful financial data to management. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Recognition, you will be part of an energetic and collaborative team operating in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide governance and policy oversight for revenue recognition processes.
• Offer guidance and review of complex financial transactions alongside teams in sales finance, order administration, IT, and accounting.
• Advise on the appropriate revenue recognition treatment for various transactions.
• Support revenue analytics and manage automated revenue applications as part of end-to-end business processes.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing support of SAP ERP systems and other financial reporting tools.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting capacity within a profit-driven company.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, analytical capabilities, and sound business judgment with keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving business environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Demonstrated experience in project work, data analysis, and developing processes and procedures.
• Capability to perform independently as well as integrate within a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills suited for a multicultural workplace.
• Willingness to collaborate on-site 2-3 days per week in the office environment.
