Role Overview
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and confident Filipino male support worker to join a care team assisting a male client in Auckland. This role centers around providing personal care, companionship, and encouragement to promote the client’s independence and quality of life.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with daily personal care activities
- Offer emotional support and companionship on a daily basis
- Help maintain the general wellbeing and support the client's daily routines
Candidate Profile
- Genuinely motivated by caregiving and client support
- Previous experience in healthcare support roles
- Holder of Level 2, 3, or 4 health qualifications
- Comfortable performing personal care duties
- Possesses a valid, clean driver’s license and confident driving ability
- Exhibits a positive, patient, and proactive mindset
