Job Overview
As a Field Supervisor specializing in media monitoring, you will oversee and inspect various outdoor advertising assets such as hoardings, unipoles, and digital LED screens to ensure they meet company standards. Your role involves visiting assigned locations daily, capturing GPS-tagged images and videos, reporting maintenance issues, and coordinating repairs to maintain advertising quality and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to assigned advertising sites following a predetermined route plan.
- Take high-resolution, GPS-tagged photographs and videos of hoardings, unipoles, and digital LED displays.
- Upload site media accurately through the company's mobile app, including detailed site information.
- Monitor the physical condition, visibility, cleanliness, and illumination of all advertising media.
- Identify and report issues such as structural damage, flex tears, LED faults, and electrical problems promptly.
- Verify advertisement displays to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Liaise with Operations and Maintenance teams to facilitate timely resolution of reported issues.
- Maintain detailed daily visit reports and inspection records.
- Ensure complete coverage of all assigned locations within scheduled timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education of 12th grade pass; diploma or graduate degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience in field operations, outdoor advertising, site inspection, or media monitoring are advantageous.

Necessary Skills
- Proficiency in photography with keen observation skills.
- Familiarity with GPS-enabled smartphones and related mobile applications.
- Basic competency in Google Maps and Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication and reporting abilities.
- Capable of working independently and comfortable with extensive travel requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle.
- Valid driving license.
- Android smartphone equipped with a quality camera and reliable internet access.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with backgrounds in outdoor advertising (OOH), hoarding management, digital LED media, telecom surveying, field audits, or infrastructure inspections will be preferred.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 12,000 and 20,000 INR.
