Role Overview

Join Bullivants as a Field Service Technician (FST) where your main responsibility will be supporting customers through direct on-site engagement by performing inspections, maintenance, and servicing of lifting and related equipment. The position entails hands-on work to ensure machinery and safety systems are operating at peak efficiency and comply with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections both on-site and off-site, including testing and tagging of lifting equipment.
• Install and inspect height safety systems according to applicable standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by advising on quality products.
• Maintain unwavering commitment to safety in all business and personal activities.
• Work independently at customer locations within the region, requiring some travel.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in technical service roles, especially within manufacturing, is preferred.
• Strong client focus and interpersonal skills to foster and sustain customer rapport.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks associated with this demanding role.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent mechanical understanding.
• Proven problem-solving abilities coupled with effective time management.
• Relevant certifications such as Dogging and Working at Heights licenses are highly advantageous.
