  • Bring prior experience related to 737, 777, and/or 787 operations, systems, avionics, engineering, or flight tests; familiarity with legacy models like 767 or 747 is advantageous.
  • Prior customer support experience is preferred.
  • Depending on experience and business needs, may join teams supporting 737MAX, 777X, or 787 Entry Into Service.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent EASA B1/B2 licenses.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in understanding and communicating technical aircraft issues.
  • At least three years of experience working with aircraft maintenance documentation (e.g., AMM, IPC, MPD, SRM, WDM).
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently internationally and domestically, securing necessary visas and immunizations.

  • Proven history of coordinating technical solutions for airline customers.
  • Willingness for repeated short-term and back-to-back assignments, both domestic and international.
  • Prior experience within Customer Support organizations is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with aircraft systems, ramp environment, airline operations, and troubleshooting for Boeing models.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
