Role overview

Landa is looking for a Field Service Engineer to help ensure customers get the best possible experience with its Nanographic Printing presses. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical support, resolving issues at customer sites, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Train press operators on technical know-how so they can address on-site equipment issues more effectively.
  • Work with Landa’s global support teams to route complex problems to the right specialists and drive timely resolution.
  • Apply in-depth understanding of press technology to improve output, efficiency, and overall machine productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting products in the graphic arts sector, particularly digital printers or offset presses.
  • Prior exposure to inkjet systems is considered a plus.
  • Strong hands-on technical ability with solid troubleshooting expertise across the full problem-solving cycle.
  • Must hold a valid driving licence.

Working style and attributes

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to customer locations 60% to 70% of the time, including overnight trips.
  • Comfortable working with limited direct supervision and staying effective under pressure.
  • Strong people skills for collaborating with customers and colleagues across regions.
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to follow established technical procedures.
  • Self-driven learner who actively keeps expanding knowledge of systems, technologies, and products.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Additional information
