  • Master Imprint’s performance monitoring tools and reporting schedules, and develop a strategy to enhance cardholder adoption throughout your retail footprint.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as an on-location brand ambassador, effectively communicating credit card features, rewards, promotions, and benefits to store teams and customers.
  • Provide training and coaching to retail associates on sales strategies, objection management, and the card program's value, empowering them to independently increase applications.
  • Drive credit card applications by tailoring benefits to the customer's shopping experience and individual preferences.
  • Support customers in completing credit card applications accurately and compliantly, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Collaborate closely with store teams to meet short- and long-term acquisition goals, fostering a motivated and goal-driven atmosphere.
  • Monitor and report store-specific performance metrics, including application numbers, associate engagement, and cardholder penetration, providing insights to management.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of partner brand products, promotions, events, and loyalty programs to link card advantages to the overall customer journey.
  • Identify operational or coaching needs across stores and propose actionable solutions to the Head of Field Sales.
  • Comply with all bank policies, legal regulations, and data privacy requirements relating to credit applications.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience, with a preference for backgrounds in credit cards, financial services, or consumer banking.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse customers and store associates effectively.
  • Comfort with dynamic fieldwork involving travel across multiple retail locations.
  • Adaptability to shifting store environments, priorities, and customer demands.
  • Basic financial literacy relevant to credit cards and reward programs; training will be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Exposure to brands with extensive retail footprints.
  • Background in training or coaching retail sales associates.
  • Proficiency in more than one language.
  • Familiarity with performance-based compensation structures.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive salary within the range of $120,000 to $135,000 annually, plus equity options.
  • Choice of leading configured work computers.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including dependent plans at no cost.
