Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site sales position based in Accra. The role focuses on promoting Enlace’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship services to schools, families, community groups, and other relevant stakeholders. Key Duties
The Field Sales Representative will identify potential clients, contact and engage prospects, and carry out in-person meetings, presentations, and outreach visits. The role includes explaining program features, pricing, and registration steps in a clear and persuasive way, while also maintaining strong relationships with partners and tracking leads through to conversion. The representative will work closely with internal teams to support sales goals and program delivery, collect feedback from the market, and attend local events and fairs while representing the company professionally and inclusively.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities, along with a history of performing well in field sales or direct sales roles.
