Enlace Education Services is an education-focused organization committed to helping students progress academically and build stronger career opportunities. Its work includes mentorship initiatives, educational tours, and scholarship support designed for students and their families. By combining structured guidance, practical learning tools, and access to experienced mentors, the organization helps learners gain confidence, develop useful skills, and find clearer direction. Required profile

- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle enquiries and support students and families professionally.
- Sales aptitude to spot opportunities, promote services, and turn leads into enrolled participants.
- Experience in field-based work, education services, or another customer-facing role.
- Confidence working independently in the field, managing time well, and travelling around Accra and nearby areas when needed.
- Comfort using basic work tools such as email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Minimum academic qualification of a High School Diploma or an equivalent related background; relevant experience may also be accepted.
