Role Overview
As a Client Servicing team member, you will help businesses across India grow by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and suggesting solutions that support success. This is an individual contributor role focused on monthly client retention and renewal goals, giving you the chance to make a direct impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet 4 to 5 clients face-to-face every day to drive satisfaction and improve platform usage.
- Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track follow-ups carefully, close actions within committed timelines, and resolve customer complaints quickly.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have at least 65% marks in both 10th and 12th standard. Graduates with a minimum of 9 months of experience in the same role will be preferred. Candidates with an MBA and at least 6 months of relevant experience are also preferred.
