About the role
This position sits within the Client Servicing function and focuses on helping businesses get more value from IndiaMART’s platform. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand each customer’s business goals, and suggest suitable solutions that support growth. The role is individual-contributor in nature and is centered on meeting monthly retention and renewal objectives while creating a measurable impact on business outcomes.
Key accountabilities
- Visit clients in person on a daily basis, typically covering 4 to 5 meetings each day, to support satisfaction and effective platform usage.
- Drive additional revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups, close actions within committed timelines, and resolve customer complaints quickly.
