Field Sales Manager

Role overview

The Field Sales Manager will play a crucial role in growing and managing the dealer and distributor network throughout Maharashtra. This position involves frequent visiting of industrial customers and manufacturing units to generate new business prospects and maintain strong relationships with dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and develop dealer/distributor channels across the Maharashtra region.
• Identify and explore new industrial areas to generate sales opportunities.
• Regular visits to manufacturing companies and industrial clients to foster business growth.
• Appoint new dealers and nurture existing dealer relationships for sustained sales.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and broaden market presence.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and offer technical assistance to customers.
• Keep track of competitor activities and provide comprehensive market reports.
• Liaise with internal sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Candidate qualifications and experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent graduation with relevant industrial sales background.
• Preferred 2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial field sales roles.
• Strong expertise in B2B industrial sales, dealer network expansion, negotiation, and communication.
• Capabilities in conducting market surveys and business development initiatives.
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
