Role Overview
Join Paytm Services Private Limited as a Field Sales Executive based in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. This position focuses on acquiring new merchant accounts and expanding the reach of Paytm's QR code and sound box payment solutions within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential merchants to onboard them for QR code and sound box sales.
- Execute regular field visits, targeting 10-15 merchants daily, to promote products and enhance sales.
- Increase product distribution and capture greater market share within assigned geographical areas.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales benchmarks on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with merchants to ensure frequent product utilization and satisfaction.
- Gather and relay valuable market insights and feedback to the management team.
- Adhere to a structured beat plan, accurately documenting daily efforts and ensuring punctual attendance.
