Field Sales Executive - Xstream Fiber

Overview

Airtel Broadband Services Private Limited is seeking energetic individuals for the role of Xstream Fiber Executive (XFE) to drive broadband customer acquisition across Bihar and Jharkhand. This opportunity involves direct interaction with potential customers to promote and sell broadband services.

Key Duties

• Proactively generate sales leads and onboard new customers for Xstream Fiber broadband services focusing on WiFi product offerings.
• Conduct door-to-door marketing, sales, and brand awareness activities.
• Engage in canopy sales initiatives and operate within park and morning time territories.
• Perform cold calls to prospects within assigned territories to create customer engagement.
• Collect and verify necessary customer documentation required for broadband installation and connection.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education qualification ranging from completion of 12th grade up to graduation.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Possession of a personal bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Must own and be proficient in using a smartphone.

Compensation

The monthly net salary (take-home) is ₹16,500 with a cost to company (CTC) package of ₹20,100. This position offers a stable income for candidates eager to grow in field sales.
