About the Role
Pixera Media Labs is seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to market and sell Trackable, our restaurant Point of Sale (POS) software, targeting restaurants and cafés located in Delhi. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in direct client interactions, enjoy face-to-face product pitching, and excel in closing sales in a target-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist prospective restaurants and cafés within the designated territorial area.
- Conduct in-person visits to understand the operational challenges and requirements of potential clients.
- Deliver live demonstrations of the Trackable POS system to restaurant owners and managers at their premises.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through consistent follow-ups with warm leads.
- Manage trial offers by providing a 3 to 4-day free trial period to motivated prospects to facilitate deal closure.
- Successfully convert prospects into paying customers by effectively selling the product.
- Keep detailed daily records of visits, demonstration outcomes, and pipeline status in the prescribed company format.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to foster referrals and encourage renewals.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants should hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess their own two-wheeler vehicle.
- Ownership of a personal laptop is required for work-related tasks.
- Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred; however, fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication abilities, confident presentation and demo skills, basic technological competency, and a self-motivated approach are essential.
Compensation Structure
- Basic salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Fuel allowance: ₹2,000 per month
- Total fixed monthly compensation: ₹22,000
- Incentives calculated based on monthly sales figures and paid after a 45-day cycle.
Training & Onboarding
The first week upon joining is dedicated to comprehensive training covering product knowledge, demo delivery, objection management, and field procedures. Continuous support and guidance will be provided by the sales team lead.
