Role Overview
The position is for a relationship-focused sales professional to support the Motor Insurance and Health Insurance agency channel. The job centers on working with POSP agents, increasing sales, strengthening local partnerships, and delivering a good customer experience while meeting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard prospective POSP agents across the assigned territory.
- Support and manage existing POS agents to help improve sales performance.
- Respond to customer questions and ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep sales operations running smoothly.
- Provide offline training and on-ground assistance to POSP agents.
- Build and grow the local agent network.
- Meet monthly sales goals consistently.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Execute local marketing efforts to support business growth.
Eligibility
Open to graduates from any stream. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency channel work. Familiarity with motor and general insurance is important. The role suits someone who is self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable traveling frequently. Good communication and interpersonal abilities are needed, and fluency in English plus a local language is preferred.

Compensation
