About the Role
We are seeking motivated and result-driven individuals to join our Personal Loan Core Connect Team based in Mumbai. This position offers a promising career path for both freshers and experienced applicants aiming to establish themselves in the banking and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers to present Pre-Approved Personal Loan offers.
- Generate and manage leads by engaging customers via calls.
- Clearly explain loan products, their benefits, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
- Manage the entire loan processing cycle from application submission through disbursement.
- Conduct office and customer verification procedures.
- Collect, verify, and update customer documentation within the system accurately.
- Ensure timely data entry and regularly update company systems.
- Follow up with customers to complete any pending paperwork or documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Maintain detailed customer records and adhere to all compliance standards and company policies.
Required Skills
- Effective communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Customer interaction and relationship management skills.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and perform.
- Ability to work within a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- 12th standard (HSC) pass or any graduate qualification.
- Open to freshers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or customer service is advantageous.
