About the Role
We are seeking driven individuals for the position of Field Sales Executive specializing in the Paytm QR and Soundbox product. This role involves direct interaction with merchants to promote and implement digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to newly identified shops and stalls to generate potential business opportunities.
- Acquire new leads and facilitate merchant onboarding processes.
- Perform installation and activation of Paytm QR Codes and Soundbox devices at merchant locations.
- Provide merchants with fundamental operational guidance post-installation to ensure effective utilization.
Earnings and Targets
Executives are expected to onboard a minimum of four QR Codes or Soundbox devices each day. This role offers a potential monthly income reaching up to ₹26,000, based on performance.
Work Environment
This position requires active field engagement, necessitating comfort with extensive travel and face-to-face sales activities. The job is suited for confident and goal-driven candidates focused on lead development and merchant enrollment.
