About the Company
Manipal Fintech is recruiting for the position of Field Sales Executive specializing in Gold Loan services across various locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive gold loan business by engaging in active field sales efforts.
- Locate and acquire new clientele within designated areas.
- Clearly explain the features and advantages of gold loan products to prospective customers.
- Perform market visits, generate potential leads, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Facilitate customers through documentation and the loan approval process.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Successfully meet or exceed monthly sales and business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate degree holders.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
- Prior experience in selling Gold Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), or other financial products is advantageous.
- Possesses strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prepared to undertake local travel for field sales operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary of ₹21,000 as Cost to Company (CTC).
