Job Summary
Paytm Services Private Limited is urgently seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become a part of their core growth team in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Selected candidates will work directly under Paytm payroll and contribute to expanding the network of merchants by onboarding local shops, retail stores, and various businesses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to nearby retail markets and shops to recruit new merchants into the Paytm platform.
- Install Paytm QR Code solutions at merchant locations to enable seamless payment processing.
- Set up and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for business owners to enhance transaction efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive training to merchants on the usage of Paytm devices, offering support and addressing their inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants must possess an Android smartphone to manage app-related activities efficiently.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter is required for local commuting and merchant visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between 21,000 and 45,000 INR.
- Additional incentives based on weekly and monthly performance benchmarks.
