Job description
Job Summary
We are urgently recruiting Field Sales Executives (FSE) to become part of Paytm's dedicated growth team. Selected candidates will be directly employed by Paytm and tasked with expanding Paytm's merchant network by onboarding local retailers, shops, and various businesses.
Key Duties
- Visit local markets and retail outlets to onboard new merchants onto Paytm's platform.
- Install Paytm QR Codes at merchant locations to facilitate digital transactions.
- Set up and activate Paytm Soundboxes to assist business owners with payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by training merchants on device usage and providing ongoing support to resolve queries.
Requirements
- Must possess an Android smartphone for work-related activities.
- Must have access to a two-wheeler (motorbike or scooter) for mobility in assigned areas.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from 21,000 to 45,000 INR.
- Attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentives.
