About the Role
The Field Sales Executive will be essential in securing sales within the Expert Home Service segment, specializing in home furnishing solutions such as curtains, blinds, cushions, and dining linens. This position requires meeting customers directly at their residences to assess needs, assist with measurements, offer tailored product recommendations, provide quotations, and finalize orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers onsite to conduct consultations and demonstrate products based on company-provided leads.
- Accurately take window measurements and assess hardware needs.
- Listen to customer preferences to suggest customized fabric and furnishing options.
- Prepare and present quotations, maintain follow-ups, and successfully close orders.
- Ensure timely delivery after order confirmation and provide support following purchase.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the backend operations team to guarantee seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Proactively identify potential new leads to expand the customer base.
